Start
So, I decided to get off my rear and make a life change. I needed get my food mind set, and diet right, and in tune with an exercise program. I started doing some things, reading more fitness info, and I began following some fitness blogs. I follow the Anti-Jared and Jack Sh!t Gettin Fit. Jack makes me laugh. Tony helps me keep my eye on the prize. I plan to post my meals and work outs with the hope of getting some feedback from the people out there. Perhaps you all can help me fine tune so I can reach my goals. I will post a better explanation tomorrow. Now, it is the time for house and yard work. Thanks!
