When I started on my re-evaluation. I had a number in mind. I thought 225# was my magic number. The point where I would be happy with my weight and I could call it quits. But, I have come to realize that it is not all about the number. For me, it is more about looking good and feeling good. I really would like to:
- wear size 36 pants again
- bench 250#
- run a mile and a half in 12 minutes
I take these as my long term goals. 250 is my first mile stone goal; the point where I will reevaluate my plans and program. Thankfully, I am on my way. I lost another 1.5 this week, and I am now down to 281.5.
